Our objective in this project was to design for the delivery of sustainable engaging experiences for patients, employees and key external stakeholders of the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia. The offered design covered interaction with MoH across all channels by applying customer-centric service design for MoH Services, channels and touch points. Our approach in the project was to address urgent issues, build solutions and ultimately establish sustainable systems.
During the project we identified services and initiatives that improve various patient journeys as well as the organizations ability to deliver efficiently. The recommendations were intended to be presented as key concepts to be addressed in the form of long-term initiatives as well as possible immediate ‘quick-wins’.
